BOOKING CONDITIONS & CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations or changes to bookings must be made at least 7 days prior to the check in date or you will be charged the full amount of the booking. A $25.00 charge will apply for cancellations made outside of 7 days.Prime Time:Christmas (16th December to 16th of January). Easter, Local Events & Holiday Weekends are defined as “Prime Time”.A deposit equal to 50% of stay, is required to reserve a room and the remaining balance is due in full 21-days prior to your scheduled date of arrival and is automatically debited to your credit/debit card on the scheduled due-date. A $30 charge applies for each extra person per room per night (breakfast is included). Cot hire available $10 per night.
Child with own cot (under 18 months) free of charge.These fees will automatically apply to guests who fail to include correct numbers on their booking inquiry or do not notify reception of any extras at check in. The total number of persons allowed in each suite, including children, at any time is restricted to the stated maximum occupancy for each suite & tariff paid accordingly. Guests are not allowed to use their own floor bedding or mattress for extra persons. These numbers are governed by the Local Council & NSWFB regulations.
At all times we, Riverview Boutique Motel will endeavour to accept all bookings that are made through our website, however we have the right to cancel/reject a booking at any time. You will be notified of any changes/amendments to the booking by us and we will always try to give you an alternative option.
