Christmas (16th December to 16th of January), Easter & Public Holidays and Local Events are defined as “Prime Time”.
School Holiday loading of $10 per night applies during holidays outside of Prime Time.
Cancellations – A “no refund policy” applies to all cancellations made within 7 days of arrival. All other cancellations will incur a $25 charge.

Important Notice: all but one of our rooms are on 1st floor, there is no other way than stairs.
Additional Tariff Notes
- All rates include your choice of a delicious Continental or Cooked Breakfast.
- A $40 charge will apply for a third or fourth person (over 2 year old) per room.
- Cot hire available at $20 per night.
- A deposit equal to the first night’s stay is payable at time of reservation.
- All Christmas Holiday bookings require a 50% deposit, with balance paid no later than the 1st of December.
